The 14-day refund
You can request a full refund on any Fiancho Chess purchase within 14 days of buying it. You don’t need to give a reason. This applies to every product, including the Complete Training Library, which is refunded as a single purchase.
How to request a refund
Send your request through the Contact page and include your order number. Including the email address you used at checkout helps us find your order quickly.
How refunds are paid
Refunds go back to your original payment method. They are issued within 5 business days of your request. Your payment provider’s processing time may add a few days before the money appears in your account.
Nothing to return
Because the products are digital downloads, nothing needs to be returned.
Damaged files
If a file is damaged or won’t open, tell us through the Contact page. If you prefer, we’ll send you a replacement instead of a refund.
