Digital products only
All Fiancho Chess products are digital. Each one is delivered by download as a .zip file containing a PDF workbook and PGN files. There is no physical shipment.
When you receive it
A download link is sent by email immediately after payment, to the email address you used at checkout. The same link is shown on the order confirmation screen, so you can start downloading straight away.
If the email doesn’t arrive
If the email hasn’t arrived within an hour, check your spam or junk folder first. If it isn’t there, get in touch through the Contact page with your order number and the email address you used at checkout, and the link will be resent.
Problems with a file
If a file is damaged or won’t open, contact us through the Contact page and we’ll send a replacement. The Refund Policy also applies.
Corrected versions
If a corrected version of a course is released, buyers of that course can request the updated files free of charge through the Contact page.
Opening your files
Unzip the download, open the PDF in any PDF reader, and load the PGN files into any chess software or online analysis board that opens PGN files. The FAQ has more detail.
